Very disappointed with the Service Department. Leaving to drive to Alabama and my backup camera is the only thing on the screen No GPS. Cannot drive to Alabama without GPS. Stop at Phillips Buick Leaving to drive to Alabama and my backup camera is the only thing on the screen No GPS. Cannot drive to Alabama without GPS. Stop at Phillips Buick Service Center. Told them my GPS not working. Waited approximately 1 hour. Was told they drove the car and said it was probably just a glitch and everything was OK. The following day NO GPS while I was in Alabama. Had family drive me to all graduation events. Prior to driving back to Florida, went to Buick dealership in Alabama. They checked my navigation, couldn’t get it to work. Had to plug my phone in car to work. Told me to have it checked for any bulletins/updates at my dealership. Left the next day. No voice navigation. Had to keep looking at the screen. Found that dangerous. GPS Kept having to reroute me. 2-1/2 hours longer to get home. Navigation had me on one lane roads through Alabama. It was dark and rainy. Made me very nervous. Don’t know how I got to Tennessee, Georgia and finally Florida. Very upsetting. More
