Knowing that I had credit issues,I asked my salesman friend, Paul Paduto,if he could help me with getting financed to purchase a newer used vehicle. After checking with another colleague , he returned friend, Paul Paduto,if he could help me with getting financed to purchase a newer used vehicle. After checking with another colleague , he returned to tell me it would cost me about $700 to get a bank application, and if approved, it would charge me about 23% interest on the loan. I told him "that was a no brainer- NO DEAL". I wasn't that hard up,to change vehicles. Three weeks later, I made appication to another Buick dealer, to trade my 2004 Envoy for a 2007 Rainier, and completed the deal with a 7.69% interest rate with GMAC. Needless to say,I lost respect for my salesman friend as well as the dealership, since I have purchased my last three (3) vehicles at Phillips Buick. It's going to be fun going back to show Paul my new Rainier. More
