JD was very informative, he new everything about the truck and did a great job showing me all the bells and whistles which are a plenty on my new Denali. The finance department was great as well. My Fifth Purchase I seem to get all of my used cars from here. I've always been happy with my purchases. I just wish the finance people would get on the same page as I seem to get all of my used cars from here. I've always been happy with my purchases. I just wish the finance people would get on the same page as the sales people. But that is with every dealer. The sales people have never tried to up-sale me. The finance people never listen to my best offer the first 2 times. So now I have learned to offer lower trying to guess what their offer will be and see if it is close to my real offer. Such a pain. The finance department ALWAYS tries to up-sale. But that is their job. I don't take it personal, and they always listen to my "no," over and over. More
