I came to Phillips Chevorlet after having a terrible experience with another dealer. Another dealer offered to buy my old 2016 equinox, and then after I paid to have some repairs done (check engine ligh experience with another dealer. Another dealer offered to buy my old 2016 equinox, and then after I paid to have some repairs done (check engine light was on) they turned around and were going to give me 5x LESS than what they said- even though I had sent them pictures of my car inside and out from all sides and directions. I was needless to say very upset because I just spent money I didn't have to fix a car that I could have gotten just as much if I just junked it without having it fixed. I arrived at Phillips and a young lady walked me inside and found Dominic for me From that point on I was so cared for- it was a really busy day today but Dominic kept me abreast of what was happening and apologized for the delay (there really wasn't a delay- I showed up pretty much unannouced). Dominic talked with me and listened and put me at ease and said he would see what he could do for me. He had Tom look at the car and next thing I know Dominic is talking to me and says he just was paged- my offer quote was ready. Tom came over with the quote and it was worth more than I was praying for. I just can't say enough about Dominic and Tom! Really all the people here were so friendly and kind. They were not pushy with additional services and treated me with respect. No inflated dealer fees, which is great to know I am getting a great price. The finance department (Robert) explained everything in detail on all the paperwork I was signing and allowed me to ask any questions and was very helpful in answering them all. I will 100% always go to Phillips from now on with any vehicle purchases I need. I have already told many friends that this is the place to go!!!
