Had a fantastic experience with everyone at Phillips yesterday and over the past week or so. I was from out of town and the communication was great over about a week of virtually shopping. Teague was ve yesterday and over the past week or so. I was from out of town and the communication was great over about a week of virtually shopping. Teague was very responsive as was the staff on his day off. We did a deposit over the phone to hold my vehicle and I drove up shortly after. All pricing discussed up front was candid and honored during the sale as I was looking for a straight forward deal. There was a little pitch for some extras at the desk and in the finance office as to be expected and was conversational rather than pushy. I accepted what I felt I needed, and what I declined was respected. Making the 1.5 hour drive each way was absolutely worth the trip, and the pricing was very fair given current market and inventory circumstances. I'd absolutely recommend this dealer for anyone looking for a Hyundai or Chevy. More
