He has a disarming style of engaging people, and although casual in his approach, has a firm grasp of the details and “big pictures” of the various cars he sells. Unlike other dealerships where the sales staff googles my questions as I ask them, Dominic knew his product and clearly was an expert on the facts of each car, the construction of them, and how the various models operate. Dominic was quick to respond to my many questions – initially over email, then text, and we met with him after a few days of initial contact. He was patient with our questions, would ask for clarification when needed, and was detailed in his responses. In addition, Dominic was low pressure and aimed to make sure we were pleased with whatever selection we made. When we arrived for our test drive, he had the car ready out front and arranged for us to make the most of our time.
