He responded within minutes after I sent questions and even gave me a great price online. No other dealers wanted to give me reasonable price's online. Others wanted me to come in to get the best price. Hence the reason they didn't get my business. I also had an even better experience with Salesman Steve Olson. He answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable about what I was buying. He also took the time to show me how to use all the new features in my new car. He also went over and Beyond what an average salesman would do to help me with a Problem I was having after I purchased the vehicle... Everything is great and I love my new car and I Love Bradley Bourbonais Hyundia.. This is my 2nd Hyundia I've owned in the last 9 years. My 2007 Hyundia Entorage is still going strong with 150,000 miles on it. I love it so much that I gave it to my daughter who is a new driver. It's a very safe vehicle. Thru the years I have been to a few Hyundia dealers for maintenance in my area. There was no comparison between the wonderful service I received from Bradley Bourbonais Hyundia to the dealers near Lemont Ill. It was well worth the 37 miles one way to purchase my new Tucson. My new Crystal Red toy I decided it was time to say goodbye to my 2006 Equinox and wanted to replace it with a bright red one. I found out that the 2016 vehicles did not com I decided it was time to say goodbye to my 2006 Equinox and wanted to replace it with a bright red one. I found out that the 2016 vehicles did not come in Crystal red, so my husband started searching for one on line. He found one in Ohio. That is a long way to drive for a vehicle! He went into Bradley Bourbonnais Hyundai and Joe was the salesperson who started the process of locating what I wanted. Joe was very professional and fun to work with. He let us know that the Equinox I wanted was indeed available in Ohio and he could get it to his dealership in two days! He was the salesperson who went out of his way to make it all happen! He answered all of our questions and made buying a new vehicle seem effortless, which it was on my part, I only had to write the check! When my Equinox arrived, he showed me all the features inside and let me know if I had questions I could call him and he would be glad to help. The car even had a full tank of gas when I left!
