After many referrals to go to Brown & Brown, I decided to go there for my first car purchase. I went to the used lot and was quickly approached by Larry. When I visited Brown & Brown I was immediately greeted by Brian and other staff in a friendly matter. I told Brian exactly what I needed prior to visiting the dealership. He was very thorough and knowledgable on each vehicle I had in mind and was able to answer all my questions. In the meantime, the sales manager was looking over my trade in. By the time I was ready to make a move the sales manager had my trade in numbers ready. It was a smooth and timely process. While I was waiting for my vehicle everyone asked how I was doing and if I needed anything. When all was finished I was directed into the financial manager who was just as friendly and helpful as everyone else. I ended up with the car I wanted and it is very reliable to this day. The service department was awesome and my service attendent Sharon was so much help, she took very good care of as we were traveling out of town and had a check engine light come on. The O2 sensor ha attendent Sharon was so much help, she took very good care of as we were traveling out of town and had a check engine light come on.
