Year end purchase. There was a lot going on that day due to year end sale. Place was crowded and salespeople were back and forth. It is a very comfortable and safe car the blindside mirrors came in handy in Chicago traffic. The strawberry water was great and the snacks were welcome through the long process. All the cars were still covered from the recent snow and it was freezing drizzle falling when I went to look at cars. He spent time cleaning off the vehicles that I had decided on driving. He was upbeat the entire time and was willing to clean all the cars if need be to get the perfect fit of a car for me. The financial department was very courteous and professional also. I wasn't rushed into any kind of extras and everything was explained clearly. I can't say enough about how pleased I am with Bradley Bourbonnais Chevy and with Zach. More
