Update-While my interactions with Gage, Danielle and Amanda were top notch, I must admit that my overall experiemce with the dealership was soured at the end. I was extremely disappointed that my newly purchased pre-owned vehicle was delivered with an empty gas tank. After spending a few hours in the dealership, it was beyond frustrating to see the fuel light displayed on the dashboard and being told that pre-owned vehicles are not refueled before delivery. The dealership really needs to re-evaluate that policy. That's a shame because that surely dampened a otherwise positive transaction. More

Outstanding Customer Service I checked online sales before calling a dealership to see what's available and to get an understanding of vehicle pricing. When I called the Bourbonn I checked online sales before calling a dealership to see what's available and to get an understanding of vehicle pricing. When I called the Bourbonnais Dealership Danielle answered the phone and she was wonderful. At no time was she pushy, she asked about what vehicle I was looking for, what type of features that were for sure and any accessories I may be interested in. Danielle sent me a few emails with product information again not aggressive at all. She asked about my coming in to the showroom and look at what was available. When I went in I introduced to Robin and he was great! I explained that this was my first time buying a car my husband had passed away recently. I was prepared for all the horror stories of buying a car and everything was false Robin made the experience very easy. He was never aggressive in trying to sell me something I did not want. He didn't try to sell me accessories I didn't want. Robin was great. When I told him what I wanted we moved forward with him telling me what was available as extras with the vehicle but never felt pushed. I never felt like he was pushing numbers on the sale I didn't understand. He was great to work worth. When his portion of the sale was over he moved me to the next office where I met Wayne and again the customer service was great. If looking for a vehicle please give the Bourbonnais facility an opportunity to work with you to see if they can put you in a vehicle that good for you. No horror car buying stories at Bourbonnais Hyundai. Thanks for a great experience. More
