Bought a used 2014 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 LTZ I saw the truck on-line and called. The sales staff emailed pictures of the truck so I could get a better idea of what I was looking at. When I got there the truck was ready and clean and ready to go. Gage(salesman) was great. Very well informed of the truck and all its features. The dealership was clean and everyone was very professional and courteous. I liked the truck a lot so we worked out a deal. The truck was priced fairly but they still were able to knock some more money off the price of the truck. Real smooth and painless process. They helped take care of all the paperwork quickly. Wayne (the financial guy) was very thorough, polite and good at what he does. Overall a good car buying experience. More

Purchase of a used RV I visited Phillips RV dealership looking for a used RV. I knew in general what I wanted and they had one model that met my requirements. Their listed price was considerably more than I wanted to pay so I made an offer at which I was comfortable of getting a good deal. Not surprisingly, they made a counter offer but since I was willing to buy on the spot at my price they agreed and we closed the deal. They asked for a day to clean and detail the RV before delivery which was fine with me. The sales staff was knowledgeable, courteous and didn't try to up-sell a lot of things I didn't want.
