Just purchased our new North Trail travel trailer from Phillips Auto Group. Our salesman Dominic DiFoggio was phenomenal. It was so refreshing to finally find a helpful, genuine, communicative, and thorough salesperson and dealership! We had been searching around the country for months trying to find a North Trail 24DBS, and had actually purchased one from another dealership a few weeks prior that ended in the trailer going back. Needless to say we were once bitten-twice shy, which made it an uphill challenge for anyone else who was going to sell us a camper. Dominic stepped up to the plate. He answered all of our (many!) questions and requests, and he kept his word about making sure that everything would be ready to go when we arrived for pickup (inspection, cleaning, etc.). When we arrived, the camper was clean and in tip-top shape. Dominic even stood out in the rain with us to do the walk around and gave us as much time as we needed to inspect every nook and cranny. Barth assisted us with the financing and paperwork, and he made that process quick, easy and smooth! Even though we live quite a distance away, we wouldn’t hesitate to make the drive and do business with Dominic and Phillips Auto Group again.
