Daniel Norris is terrible Everytime I take my 2018 Toyota Tundra in for service Daniel NorrisAssistant Service Manager/Service Advisor wants to argue with me. He tells me stuf Everytime I take my 2018 Toyota Tundra in for service Daniel NorrisAssistant Service Manager/Service Advisor wants to argue with me. He tells me stuff that they have done to my truck from previous visits and I disagree with him and then he continues to tell me I'm wrong only for me or another employee at the dealership tells him that I am right. As a customer I have never been talked to the way that Daniel does to me. I like the dealership but will probably never buy from them again as long as he is employed their. I was so angry at him the last time my blood pressure shy rocketed. I talked to Dealership owner and he made things better for me but I refuse to deal with Daniel again. More
