They made my day! Yesterday morning I decided I was finally ready to go car shopping. I had been in my previous car for almost 5 years and with the amount of traveling Yesterday morning I decided I was finally ready to go car shopping. I had been in my previous car for almost 5 years and with the amount of traveling we do... it was time. I knew I had to find a car that I absolutely loved before I even considered trading mine in and I knew I wouldn't buy from anyone who didn't take me seriously as a woman (even though my husband was with me) or that rushed me around through the process. When we arrived at the dealership we were greeted and welcomed to the lot. They took their time getting to know what exactly I was looking for, why I was looking for the particular model I was interested in, and they wanted to know what was a must for my new ride. They never pressured me into looking at the most expensive vehicle on the lot and they respected my opinions. We were there for FOUR hours looking, test driving, and just taking our time through the process and the guys we worked with (Adair- so fun and knowledgeable-helped me set everything up too , Antonio w/finance, and Eric-the GM who was exceptional!) were sooo very patient and kind. It was honestly like car shopping with my husband and 3 buddies. Once we finally picked out a car we moved on to the finance side and Antonio was super and took the time explaining every single thing we were signing and again, never rushed us. We had our children with us during this part and they were offered drinks, snacks, and the dealership had a fun kids area that the kiddos could go sit in while we finished up. Overall, it was the best car shopping experience I have had and this will be my 3rd new vehicle I've purchased. I hope to be part of the Toyota family for many many years to come! More

He tells me stuf Everytime I take my 2018 Toyota Tundra in for service Daniel NorrisAssistant Service Manager/Service Advisor wants to argue with me. He tells me stuff that they have done to my truck from previous visits and I disagree with him and then he continues to tell me I'm wrong only for me or another employee at the dealership tells him that I am right. As a customer I have never been talked to the way that Daniel does to me. I like the dealership but will probably never buy from them again as long as he is employed their. I was so angry at him the last time my blood pressure shy rocketed. I talked to Dealership owner and he made things better for me but I refuse to deal with Daniel again. More
