They were amazing! I was concerned with a gas smell in my vehicle and the service center was super quick to get me in. They quickly discovered a gas leak and explained my car would need to stay for a while in order to be repaired. They gave me an equal to rental car to drive in the place of mine while mine was being repaired. They explained everything about how to operate the vehicle I would be driving temporarily. Hot day A/C quits! Lindsay in the service department took really good care of me. The a/c on my 2015 GMC Acadia went out on Thursday evening before I was leaving on a t Lindsay in the service department took really good care of me. The a/c on my 2015 GMC Acadia went out on Thursday evening before I was leaving on a trip to Texas on Monday. I called the service department on Friday morning early and Lindsay worked my car in even though she had a full load. The technician determined the compressor was locked up and they did not have one in stock. Lindsay arranged for me to have a dealer owned car to take on the trip to Texas. That was a real stress reducer for me. She gave me a 2018 GMC Terrain with 7500 miles on it. I had no problems with it on the trip and traveled cool. Thanks for good service. More

Service Took Acadia in because water was coming out of DVD player and water was in lights after a heavy rain. They couldn't find any water leak after testing Took Acadia in because water was coming out of DVD player and water was in lights after a heavy rain. They couldn't find any water leak after testing it. Lindsey called me and asked more questions to try and figure out more since they couldn't get it to leak. They tested it for 2 more hours and still didn't find anything. She noted it for warranty purposes. Impressed that Lindsey didn't just call and say they couldn't find anything the first time. She kept trying to figure it out. Everyone in service was very nice and helpful. I also appreciate the shuttle service. It was a big help. More
