The service Dept is getting bad as the place across the street . Service manger really doesn’t care at all and fails to get involved and solve any problems .I had the same problem every time I go there. T street . AC Combination condenser replacement Replacement was good, but had a leak in transmission fluid connection to the replaced combination condenser. Wow, what can I say! Extremely Pleased I dropped my truck off early in the morning to get it serviced. It wasn't long before they called me to let me know it was ready. Very Pleased We took the Encore in for an oil change and tire rotation. We dropped the car off with the service department and they explained what they were going We took the Encore in for an oil change and tire rotation. Nice Service Folks but. My 26,000 mile GMC Canyon SLT is a nice truck, when it runs. When this occurs as I am arriving at work I just have to make sure everything is turned off and go in for my 12 hour shift, after work the wipers will be half way up and the battery will be so flat the keyless entry will not work. they have tried 3 times to fix this problem but have yet to be successful. I am going to trade the truck. More
