I have been a customer of this dealership for over 30 years. This was the WORST experience I have ever had with any car dealer. I will never return. 363 dollars for a hour of labor was excessive! I don’t think my labor should cost more than the parts if it only took a hour to fix. I don’t think anyone there makes over 30 dollars a hour? Arrived about 30 minutes early for my appointment but was able to get my Enclave in and serviced in less than 40 minutes. Dewayne, also answered a question about my trucks brakes and said he had seen some s able to get my Enclave in and serviced in less than 40 minutes. It was very easy to make my appointment to get my truck serviced and when I took it in on the morning and time of my appointment they took it right back to start on it. I didn’t have to wait long before th serviced and when I took it in on the morning and time of my appointment they took it right back to start on it. I didn’t have to wait long before they had it ready. On top of changing my oil and rotating my tires they also found a recall on my truck and took care of that too. More

I was dismayed at the lack of mask use by staff. Many customers also were not wearing them. This is in one of the worst counties in the state for COVID. Very poor example being set.
