Did a timely job on my brake rotor replacements. I will first say I don't mind doing surveys but I don't like having to write so many words .As far as the work on my rig and the people waiting on me done a great jo . I wouldn't have give it 5 stars if I was unhappy I will also say this is the 4th time within 13;000 miles. I am unhappy with that. They are trying very hard to fix the problem. I traded a very good FORD for this GM product. My wife's ideal because she wanted a Tahoe. the last 2 GM products where nothing but trouble. That's why I switched to Ford years ago.so for going back to GM has been disappointing. The people at Phil Wright have been great. More

I feel like my experience was not great. I feel like they just checked off things on the paper without fully looking and checking everything that they said. My tire pressures were all over the place when the just checked off things on the paper without fully looking and checking everything that they said. My tire pressures were all over the place when they should have been the same if they checked them. My windshield wipers streak really bad but they marked them as being green. They marked my tires at all being a 6 and I know for sure that one tire is different because we had to replace a tire. I don't feel like they rotated my tires when they changed my oil as well. Overall I just think they marked everything as being checked and didn't really do the work to check them. More

Was there in town shopping and I went to go home. The car wouldn’t start 3 try’s finally. The car was reading all kinds of stuff. It would drive but barely. Couldn’t hard steer. Was fixing to leave town on a fishing trip when my trucks check engine light came on and the truck wouldn’t turn off .
