Truck is still leaking from first time they fixed it but won’t fix it for free cause they say or it’s from somewhere else now. Maybe if they didn’t have idiots working there they could see it’s still leakin won’t fix it for free cause they say or it’s from somewhere else now. We've received good service from this dealer. Last service was under extended warranty and it seemed the extended warranty company had questions but finally approved repairs. The repair time seemed long (7 wks) but we finally got it and were pleased with the work. Did have to contact the warranty company ourselves, we are not customers that complain, have bought 3 vehicles from this dealer, and the questions we had with the dealer were legitimate. More

Road side assistance delivered to this dealer. ( New Sierra AT4 with 1,021 miles on it) No vehicle offered to drive while repairs were made. Was told very nicely that if we’d bought the vehicle fr ( New Sierra AT4 with 1,021 miles on it) No vehicle offered to drive while repairs were made. Was told very nicely that if we’d bought the vehicle from this dealership that we could get a vehicle from used inventory to drive. Was suggested that we contact dealer we bought from and go from there. Very polite fellow I worked with. He helped answer some of my questions. We took broken vehicle back to original dealer and they helped get us in a vehicle to drive while working on repairs. More
