Appointment for oil change and tire rotation. Again I asked to fix the tire that continues to loose air. Two hours later Dave assured me that the tire is fixed. He says there was a patch that came loose and it was repaired. I was given a bill and had to explain I have a maintenance agreement. Three people approached me and said they couldn’t help because they couldn’t access the computer. Evidently only Dave can do that. However, after a lengthy wait yet a forth person came out and did verify I have an agreement and there would be no charge. Dave told the office staff my keys were in my car of which they were not. Again so wait to finally find my keys. My 3:15 appointment ended at 5:05. Too much time and I again had to add air to the same tire two days later. No service, will not purchase another vehicle from this staff. More

Sold me a 16,000 plus car for it to be broken. I purchased this car in February for my birthday. It almost killed me. Car was brought back to the dealership everyday for the first 2 weeks of havin I purchased this car in February for my birthday. It almost killed me. Car was brought back to the dealership everyday for the first 2 weeks of having it. Windshield was replaced first. Front tires and other parts were changed next. For it to still try and kill me days later because the break system was messed up. Had a worker drive the car with an and see it open and still minor attempts to fix it. I ended up having to take it to Orr and have it looked at. They called and told me that my front end was being held up by zip ties and there was no front camera cause sensors to malfunction. They kept my car for almost 2 months only to give it back still broken. I’m not pleased at all and would not recommend this place to anyone. Now I’m stuck with an expensive car payment on a broken vehicle. This is because there is nothing they can do to fix the situation. Nicely done Phil Wright! More
