My interaction was for a service repair. The vehicle was there for about 16 days. There was about 8 days for part delivery. Myself and several family members buy from Phil wright. I purchased my 3rd vehicle with Phil wright because Iv always had amazing experiences in the past . Within 3 months, my new vehicle started having p I purchased my 3rd vehicle with Phil wright because Iv always had amazing experiences in the past . Within 3 months, my new vehicle started having problems. It’s now been in the shop 5 times and they keep saying nothings wrong ,despite me taking photos and recording what happens while driving it. This experience with Phil wright has been a nightmare. There seems to be no communication,organization or anyone present whose capable of forming solutions. I’m definitely not recommending Phil write again. More

Service worked on a recall and installed the brake light incorrectly causing water damage to my headliner and "warranty won't cover" AND charged me $75 just to tell me that!
