I was called on the early Friday afternoon (5/9/2025) and informed my vehicle was complete and ready to be picked up. I informed the caller I was out of town and would there on Monday 5/12/2025. At 8:15 am on Monday I went to pay for the repairs only to be told my vehicle was still being repaired. I was informed it would be probably another hour. I left the dealership and was called 3.5 hrs later to inform me the repair was completed. I once again returned to the dealership to get my vehicle. Upon arrival at my home, I discovered the fuse cover panel had not been installed after service. It was laying in the passenger floor. I reinstalled the panel myself, and threw away the replaced part. More

We had an issue with the phone charging system in the vehicle. They ordered parts and when the parts came in we scheduled to have them installed. When we dropped it off we added an oil change and tire ro vehicle. They ordered parts and when the parts came in we scheduled to have them installed. I had a problem with my car. I arrived early and they got right on getting it diagnosed. It didn't have a check engine light on but definitely had some thing. It had what I calle I arrived early and they got right on getting it diagnosed. It didn't have a check engine light on but definitely had some thing. It had what I called a jerk but it was a coil jumping fire but only like a second and not enough to pop a code. Anyway they got it fixed and got me back on the road in the same day.
