Sold me a 16,000 plus car for it to be broken. I purchased this car in February for my birthday. It almost killed me. Car was brought back to the dealership everyday for the first 2 weeks of havin I purchased this car in February for my birthday. It almost killed me. Car was brought back to the dealership everyday for the first 2 weeks of having it. Windshield was replaced first. Front tires and other parts were changed next. For it to still try and kill me days later because the break system was messed up. Had a worker drive the car with an and see it open and still minor attempts to fix it. I ended up having to take it to Orr and have it looked at. They called and told me that my front end was being held up by zip ties and there was no front camera cause sensors to malfunction. They kept my car for almost 2 months only to give it back still broken. I’m not pleased at all and would not recommend this place to anyone. Now I’m stuck with an expensive car payment on a broken vehicle. This is because there is nothing they can do to fix the situation. Nicely done Phil Wright! More

Maintenance personnel did not rotate the tires like they drew a picture of on the maintenance sheet. They documented that they moved rear left to right front and right rear to left front. I am sure it is much easier to take left tires off and switch them and then do the same on the right. They should NOT document that they actually did it different than what they did. Did they put a new oil filter in or just new oil. It just makes me wonder if anything they documented was really done. More

Best experience ever buying our 2021 Subaru Ascent touring. Salesman was very nice and allowed us to look the car over inside and out (yes it was unlocked) before coming out to talk to us. We took the car on a test drive and was gone for around 30 minutes. We decided we wanted the car and was able to negotiate a deal. We had to go through my bank which took about 4 business days to process the check. He allowed us to go ahead and take possession of the car and bring them the check later.
