Oil change that I booked took an hour and a half. I booked the appointment in advance and they left me waiting as well as many others in the waiting room. On previous visits I was told if I wanted to I booked the appointment in advance and they left me waiting as well as many others in the waiting room. I’ve not had great service. Personnel are courteous and polite, but inattentive and slow. Service time is ridiculous., 2 1/2 - 3 hours for an oil change!
