GREAT ! The service writer kept us informed of the progress of the work to be done and as soon as she found that it would take longer than expected , my Wife The service writer kept us informed of the progress of the work to be done and as soon as she found that it would take longer than expected , my Wife and I were offer the use of a loaner . The work was finished later in the day and since we had a loaner they decided to keep the car over nite so as to do a pressure test on the cooling system the following morning. We got our car back in the morning , everything checked out and we were on our way, great job done by the technition. More

The only negative to the experience was the hard sell on the warranties. I understand that you think that the extended warranty is a good value and want to explain that to your customers, but no means no. It means no the first time I say it and it still means no the fourth time I say it. I was beginning to get aggravated at his hounding. I’m just trying to honest. I’m not upset and I would return to buy another car but you don’t need to be so aggressive in selling the warranty packages. More
