They are a relationship dealership! I have been a Phil Wright customer for about 30 years. They are always fair on pricing, but I also know they will take good care of me on the service I have been a Phil Wright customer for about 30 years. They are always fair on pricing, but I also know they will take good care of me on the service side as well. Everyone there is super friendly and goes out of their way to take care of you. I have never had a service issue that they did not resolve to my satisfaction. More

I only dealt with the salesman and the financial person. The salesman handed me the keys to the car and I drove it. I came back and we agreed on price quickly. He didn't have to go back and fourth to his sales manager. He gave me the price and I came back with a check. They didn't have any hidden fees like the documentation fee.
