He offered me something to drink and asked me what I was interested in. Him and Wes Lasher, the manager, listened to my needs and what I could afford. Based off what they heard, they were honest in presenting me my options. I never felt so comfortable in a car dealership before. There was no manipulating, no pressure whatsoever. I walked out with a car that I love, feeling good about every decision made. They spent time with me, a lot of time! Helping me find the right car AND the right insurance for my budget. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership, these people are friendly, honest and they really care about your personal needs. More

Got a fair price for my trade and a great deal on the Sorento. Sal called me and asked me if I would like to trade my 2 year ild Sorento on a new one, thought there was no way possible to lower my paymen Sorento. Sal called me and asked me if I would like to trade my 2 year ild Sorento on a new one, thought there was no way possible to lower my payments but he dropped them by almost $35 a month on a 2014 with 0 miles. I purchased a used KIA from Phil Smith. It had low mileage and was very cherry. About six months after I purchased the car, I noticed the paint on three of the door handles had deteriorated. I took mileage and was very cherry. About six months after I purchased the car, I noticed the paint on three of the door handles had deteriorated. I took it in. They told me they would replace the door handles at no expense to me. They sent me to their body shop. I was given a ride home. An hour and a half later I was pickled up and taken back because my car was ready. The expense was close to $500. I paid nothing. I thought that was classy of them to handle it the way they did. I own 5 Kia's at this time and I live way on the west side of town,(an hour and a half drive ) but I will take any of my KIA's to be serviced at anytime needed to Phil Smith Kia, you make an appt, they r side of town,(an hour and a half drive ) but I will take any of my KIA's to be serviced at anytime needed to Phil Smith Kia, you make an appt, they remind you the day before and when you get there they do a complete check over your car to see if everything is ok inside and out of your car, then they fully listen to you explainning what is the problem with your car , then they explain what you need to have done and answer every single question you have,and also the dollar amounts it will cost you. If you have to wait , they have a driver that will take you to a little shopping center and when you are ready, he will pick you up (it beats you sitting there bored to death)and take you back to the dealer, at which time your car is ready and with a full explanation of everything that was done to your car. I have been coming to Phil Smith Kia for many, many years, and will continue , when it concerns the service for my Kia's, I only trust Phil Smith Kia service dept, and the service manager Sean Vega , and at any given time the dealerships manager himself will come by and greet you and make sure you are getting excellent service, and anything else you might need.
