I called around to a few dealerships, and wasn't happy with my options, until I looked into Phil Smith. I looked through the website, and put in a little info, and within the hour Ernest was calling me. I was still at work, expoing a busy dinner shift, so I asked if I could call him back. He was really grate on the phone, and told me the dealership closed in 30 min but I could call him on his cellphone. I didn't get back to him till almost 11pm, but it didn't bother him one bit. He was really interested in helping me find the right car that fit my needs and budget. The next day I went to the dealership and he and Michael bent over backwards to help me out, and save me money!! I highly recommend Phil Smith Kia, they made a horrible situation into a great new acquisitions for me! More
