Visiting the other 2 Dealers I was approached by Salesmen with attitudes. Once they found out I was not looking for an expensive car (over 20k) they seemed like they could not ansear any of my questions or wanted to. I guess I am old school, I like it when someone introduces themselves with a handshake, Stephen was the only associate to do this, kind of sad, I think the other 2 Dealers should be Trained by Stephen! These guys are great! Ernest and Michael were great! My old car died on me while I was at work, and I needed to get into a new vehicle asap. I called around to a few dealerships, and wasn't happy with my options, until I looked into Phil Smith. I looked through the website, and put in a little info, and within the hour Ernest was calling me. I was still at work, expoing a busy dinner shift, so I asked if I could call him back. He was really grate on the phone, and told me the dealership closed in 30 min but I could call him on his cellphone. I didn't get back to him till almost 11pm, but it didn't bother him one bit. He was really interested in helping me find the right car that fit my needs and budget. The next day I went to the dealership and he and Michael bent over backwards to help me out, and save me money!! I highly recommend Phil Smith Kia, they made a horrible situation into a great new acquisitions for me! More
