Stephen was not only helpful and friendly, but his knowledge of the inventory and his nonaggressive style made us feel very comfortable. We decided on a car (then TWO cars), and Stephen consulted with Anthony Lanzaro to reach an awesome deal for us. John Riley kept everything professional and organized during the financing portion of our night, and was knowledgeable and friendly as well. All of our questions were answered, and we were completely satisfied with our deal. Then Stephen gave us a nice lesson in how to operate or new vehicles. We drove away extremely happy, and are still feeling great that for the very first time, we actually had a positive experience at a car dealership! :) More
We have leased 2 Kia Souls in 2 months. Now a days it is hard to find honest trustworthy people. We have only had great people to help us! I Hate to buy cars, however the people at this dealership make you feel good. Unfortunately most of us need reliable cars. So try them I think you will have a pleasant experience. I don't know anything about the bottom line however we are happy with our Souls so far. I don't like the fact that they try to add services on during the finance part. Maybe give people the options before they go in to sign papers. John took "No Thanks" and did not push the extra services. More

NOT STRESSFULL.........VERY FRIENDLY As a salesman myself for 30 years we tend to be aggressive in closing business especially at the end of the month. He came across as genuine with a sincere interest in the customer. My wife ,daughter and I went in and wanted a Kia at our current price. What we ended up with was paying a little more for a better deal. We had no problem in doing that as the trust that Anthony and his staff conveyed to us was perfect. Stephan Govad, very knowledgeable about product as well as a sales woman who showed my wife and daughter the vehicle at closing. I don't remember her name as she was showing my daughter how to write in her many languages she speaks. That shows me that relationship building is very important that this dealership has for its customers. Last but not leased(LOL) finance.....as much paper work as we had to do it went by quick and painless as we talked about college .his child..education..my daughter becoming a paramedic...awesome experience ...Thank you John Reilly Thank you all for a tremendous experience More

Walter Brown, the sales person, was just the nicest dealer rep I've ever met. With lots of patience due to our many requests, he showed my wife and me five (5) cars before she was almost convinced. At the end, John Tripp, the sales manager, knowing that we were exhausted, approached us with THE BEST DEAL IN OUR LIVES that we couldn't reject and instead of leaving PHIL SMITH KIA with our hands empty, we left the place with a MUCH BETTER (TOP OF THE LINE) 2017 KIA SPORTAGE THAT IS AMAZING.
