My Exprience was awesomeeee!! It is a year after my first deal with Phil Smith Kia and Ernest Biel and Rick were truly awesome!! Sales and Finance make a great team! I went in to this dealer very skeptical at first. I had already had bad experiences at previous dealers. Ernest made sure my family and I were well taken care of and kept us entertained the entire time. This was my first purchase at a dealer. He made sure to be very elaborate, he went over everything and made certain that we knew what he was saying and would even rephrase if we did not. He would not move on until he was sure we were happy and understood. John in finance also made certain that we would leave there happy. He would also ask questions and wanted to know if we were genuinely satisfied and if not he made sure to meet our needs. Even after taking my beautiful suv home, Ernest is still on top of things and told me to give him a couple of days to get my spare key from the previous owner. He does not stop even after you sign the papers and drive off the lot. He continues to show professionalism and takes such care with his work. He definitely goes above and beyond. More
