All of our questions were answered, and we were completely satisfied with our deal. Then Stephen gave us a nice lesson in how to operate or new vehicles. I don't know anything about the bottom line however we are happy with our Souls so far. I don't like the fact that they try to add services on during the finance part. Maybe give people the options before they go in to sign papers. John took "No Thanks" and did not push the extra services. More
