After 2 weeks of a very difficult time at another dealership who Ill be nice and wont name in this post, I reached out to Phil Smith Kia to see what their service and experience was like. Talk about night and day. The guys at Phil Smith were so helpful and honest. Michael was very attentive and knowledgable and when I had questions, he and the other guys walked me through everything I needed to know. I stopped by at 5:30 and he had the car I wanted waiting for me to test drive. No games, just honest help and real answers. This is our second Kia and Ill be going back there for as long as they are open. I could tell that Michael and the team were interested in the lifetime of my business, not just trying to make as much money as they could on a one time deal. Michael and team took what had been roughly a month of car searching and a lot of frustration with dishonest and unprofessional dealers and turned it into something great which was a new car for my family to use everyday that we could feel good about. More

Started looking on line and found that Phil Smith Kia had about the largest inventory of the model i was interested in , so I contacted them and Vinny responded very efficiently , we spoke over the phone, and right off the bat I was comfortable , no pressure what so ever to come in and buy , it was a "when your ready" type thing. So I went in a couple days after and Vinny hooked me up with Ernest Biel , Great guy and salesman ! he was very professional and personable ! We went out to look at the vehicles , no pressure and not pushy to just get something. We found what i wanted, and then went to see John Riley in finance , another great team member , no pressure and no secrets, and he made it happen ! I would most definitely recommend this dealership team to anyone looking for any model Kia , and will return for my future ,personal, and family vehicle purchases ! More
Best experience in car buying This is car buying the way it should be! We were greeted by Chris our salesman and he showed us the type car we were looking for in our price range. We took it out on a test drive and it was a perfect fit. We were told the price point right from the start and when we went into the Finance office to meet with John, it was the same price. There was no hard upsell to purchase any other products. The general manager Tony, also checked in to make sure we happy and well taken care of. We drove out with a new car in 3 hours from start to finish! This is the 4th vehicle we have purchased from a Phil Smith dealership and wouldn't go anywhere else! More

BAD BUSINESS I must say that I am very very disappointed with Phil Smith Kia! Yesterday I went for my FIRST service appointment only to find out my salesperson ROC I must say that I am very very disappointed with Phil Smith Kia! Yesterday I went for my FIRST service appointment only to find out my salesperson ROCKIE, sold me an extended warranty on my car when I needed a maintenance package. The way he explained it to me, he made it seem like that's what I was purchasing! When I asked him about it, he didn't even acknowledge the fact that HE sold me the car and proceeded to place the blame on the finance person. The finance person was pretty much like oh well! When we spoke to the " BIG BOSSES " all they did was make excuses for the bad business instead of trying to bandaid the situation! They were like oh we will give you a discount off of your NEXT vechicle ... Phil Smith Kia, WHAT MAKES YOU THINK I'D WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH PEOPLE WHOM ARE TRYING TO MAKE A QUICK BUCK? I paid my hard earned money only to be lied to & blown off. I WILL NOT, WILL NOT be doing business with this company EVER AGAIN! The people there also push you to do surveys so I will be adding this to Yelp and all the other places that I can add reviews. Thanks but NO THANKS! More
