Best experience in car buying This is car buying the way it should be! We were greeted by Chris our salesman and he showed us the type car we were looking for in our price range. We took it out on a test drive and it was a perfect fit. We were told the price point right from the start and when we went into the Finance office to meet with John, it was the same price. There was no hard upsell to purchase any other products. The general manager Tony, also checked in to make sure we happy and well taken care of. We drove out with a new car in 3 hours from start to finish! This is the 4th vehicle we have purchased from a Phil Smith dealership and wouldn't go anywhere else! More

Very friendly & no pressure. We contacted you over the internet & a Carmine responded to us. He was very friendly & not pushy. BAD BUSINESS I must say that I am very very disappointed with Phil Smith Kia! Yesterday I went for my FIRST service appointment only to find out my salesperson ROC I must say that I am very very disappointed with Phil Smith Kia! Yesterday I went for my FIRST service appointment only to find out my salesperson ROCKIE, sold me an extended warranty on my car when I needed a maintenance package. The way he explained it to me, he made it seem like that's what I was purchasing! When I asked him about it, he didn't even acknowledge the fact that HE sold me the car and proceeded to place the blame on the finance person. The finance person was pretty much like oh well! When we spoke to the " BIG BOSSES " all they did was make excuses for the bad business instead of trying to bandaid the situation! They were like oh we will give you a discount off of your NEXT vechicle ... Phil Smith Kia, WHAT MAKES YOU THINK I'D WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH PEOPLE WHOM ARE TRYING TO MAKE A QUICK BUCK? I paid my hard earned money only to be lied to & blown off. I WILL NOT, WILL NOT be doing business with this company EVER AGAIN! The people there also push you to do surveys so I will be adding this to Yelp and all the other places that I can add reviews. Thanks but NO THANKS! More

My Experience at Phil smith Kia I give a five star rating because I was very lucky because the right person was there to help me decide. The crazy thing is I did not go there to buy I give a five star rating because I was very lucky because the right person was there to help me decide. The crazy thing is I did not go there to buy a new car, just look around and test drive something before my lease was up in five months. Worked with Salesman Rockie and, he was extremely helpful. My wife had suggested I should go to Hyndai to purchase or look around ina few months but, I felt very relaxed and felt good about the Dealership at Phil Smith not to mention a certain trust in the sales person. I truly appreciate Mr.Rockie Dobson and his patience and, the way he explains things to me and I did learn alot in the process. More

I celebrated my 60th Birthday at Phil Smith Kia!!!!! Can you believe it? I took the day off from work on Monday because it was my 60th birthday (I still have to work at my age). Anyway, my husband and I have been looking for a classic convertible for some time now & he found this one at Phil Smith Kia in Pompano Beach, Lighthouse Point. WELL, we live in Port Charlotte!!!! It's a trip across the alley, So that means to go over on the weekend or on a day off---AKA my birthday! So, I contacted Phil Smith Kia & they were the nicest, most congenial and caring group of salesmen I have ever spoken with. Micheal Shearer as the main contact and I also spoke with Carmine about the vehicle I was interested in. Micheal is the car salesman of the year! He put up with all my questions & concerns and spent the whole afternoon with my husband and I and our boxer Paige till the sale was complete. I am so happy!!! I've always wanted a convertible and Florida is the place we live to enjoy it! (Coming from Minnesota where I could only have the top down for a couple of months ) Thank you Mike and all for a wonderful buying experience and a beautiful vehicle! far above any other auto dealer in broward county florida after searching the internet for info on 6 different brands, Ernest Biel was the only Kia rep to respond, so I saved him for last to test drive. he wa after searching the internet for info on 6 different brands, Ernest Biel was the only Kia rep to respond, so I saved him for last to test drive. he was with 3 other clients so he had Stephen Govan test drive with me when I came in on 9/25/16. Stephen was extraordinarily courteous and answered my questions like an old friend. he did not try to "handle" me. I had 31 days left before my Toyota Camry had to be returned so I left. I did some extensive research on Kia and came back the next day with my wife. both Ernest and Stephen were very busy so they had Walter Brown and Rick (who I think was a regional sales rep for Kia) take care of me. after a test drive and conversations with Walter and Rick, we leased a 2016 optima ex with a premium package. I have never purchased or leased a vehicle before without shopping at least 2-3 other dealers first. that can only be attributed yo the courteous professionalism that was extended me and my wife by the people at the dealership. and that includes everyone we came in contact with. More
