Horrible ! I'm going to keep it short and sweet. I bought a brand new 2017 car on December 18th 2016, A Christmas gift for my 70 year old grandma. After sittin I'm going to keep it short and sweet. I bought a brand new 2017 car on December 18th 2016, A Christmas gift for my 70 year old grandma. After sitting there for hours, making the deal better and better - I agree - no payments for 5 months, 0% interest, no money down, (two buys with 700 credit scores) WELL . they didn't stick to their word. my interest was 2.9 %, $2000 down, and payment due JANUARY 18, 2017 ! I went home at 10pm....read the papers and went back in the next day for them to agree it was wrong, to put me in the back room with a jerk - who clearly hated his job - to tell me they were going to lower my payments $20, and extend them 3 months - but didn't think it was worth their time and it NEVER happened. THEN! 3 weeks later... They call me to tell me they gave me the WRONG car. My paperwork, my issuance, my tag was all the WRONG car... So we had to go back in and re-sign the papers, Which the sales rep did not understand WHAT I was suppose to sign and when I noticed the BUYER was wrong - he said he would fix it once he got back to office -- DID NOT HAPPEN . The temp tag they gave me (which was STILL FOR THE WRONG CAR) expired January 28,2017.... I paid them to transfer my tag and renew for the year.... I've called EVERY day since January 24 and get NO WHERE.... I've called 16 times this morning to get hung up on. When you ask for a manager you get a guy named Mike Shearer who says he's a manager and will take PERSONAL care of me. Promised to be my contact - texted me his information and HA! NEVER CALLED at 9 am yesterday like he promised . today I called him out on it and guess what?? Tells me to call upstairs to Tammy and deal with it myself.... Called Tammy and still no call back. So as of now, I have a expired temp tag and they took my money to transfer and renew my own tag which has NOT been done. Granny has not been able to drive her car in 5 days and does not look like it will be any time soon. UNHAPPY in Hollywood More

I went in not expecting to leave with a new vehicle, but they offered me everything I asked for. Sure, there was some back and forth negotiating, but in the end, I think we all came out satisfied. The experience with Earnest Biel was very comfortable and if I had to go through this again , I definitely would have no problem. The Finance department was also very smooth and seamless. I believe the person I dealt with was Phil, and I am extremely pleased with the whole experience. I would definitely recommend this dealership. Thank you all for a job well done. More

All the sales men and managers were very nice to us and treated us like gold, me and my family had purchased 6 cars there in the past . We live and work in LHP and are members of all the local community clubs. The finance guy had a chip on his shoulder and was having a bad day so he took it out on us!! He was very abuseve told us to get out of his office and buy a car somewhere else! We were completely shocked we were never spoken to like that before especially from someone who we are buying a car from!! We will never buy a car there again (2leases coming up)!! We been in business our entire lives and we would never allow a employee to talk to a customer like that NEVER!!! Uncalled for!!!! Rocky was great!! Manger was great!!! More
