To begin with, I like the KIA brand. This particular dealer is one of the best I have seen related to my experience with KIA in New Jersey and Florida. On that point it was a total joy working with Phil Smith KIA's management and sales representatives. I am pleased with the straight forward approach presented to me in all my questions related to the vehicle of my choice: pricing and leasing procedures as well as knowledge and customer respect and consideration. Previously, we had a "nightmare" experience with Coconut Creek Mitsubishi, and was exploited and had nothing done for us, except put us into negative equity! We went to Phil Smith Kia, and thanks to the diligence and kindness of the General Sales Manager ("Alberto"), Mr. Alexaner, and Hugo, even after hitting numerous "roadblock," due to the negative equity, as a result of our Mitsubishi purchase (!!), the General Sales Manager (as well as the other staff!) were kind and helped to make our lease of a new Kia Soul a reality! I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. A word of warning -- Avoid the Coconut Creek Auto Mall (Mitsubishi and Hyandai for a new car purchase or lease! Instead, do yourself a favor and head to Phil Smith Kia! More

Explains everything thoroughly and takes care of every last detail! They make purchasing a vehicle less complicated that other dealerships I've worked with. The Sorrento is my favorite! It doesn't matter if you are piling in the grandkids for ice cream or going to lowes for plants and mulch! This car has you covered! The back up camera is a true blessing. It has kept me from backing over toys, bikes and some people in parking lots that aren't paying attention! I love my KIA!!!l?? More

While I was having car serviced, I later found out that Rockie was working a deal for me on a 2016 Optima. . He has always been very friendly and helpful to me in my past experiences with Phil Smith Kia. He was able to make a deal that was comfortable. I have always had good experiences with him and staff of Phil Smith Kia. After all the paperwork was signed, and we were taking things from the old car to new, Charlie Myers from Service approached me and also thanked me for being a valued customer. More

Horrible ! I'm going to keep it short and sweet. I bought a brand new 2017 car on December 18th 2016, A Christmas gift for my 70 year old grandma. After sittin I'm going to keep it short and sweet. I bought a brand new 2017 car on December 18th 2016, A Christmas gift for my 70 year old grandma. After sitting there for hours, making the deal better and better - I agree - no payments for 5 months, 0% interest, no money down, (two buys with 700 credit scores) WELL . they didn't stick to their word. my interest was 2.9 %, $2000 down, and payment due JANUARY 18, 2017 ! I went home at 10pm....read the papers and went back in the next day for them to agree it was wrong, to put me in the back room with a jerk - who clearly hated his job - to tell me they were going to lower my payments $20, and extend them 3 months - but didn't think it was worth their time and it NEVER happened. THEN! 3 weeks later... They call me to tell me they gave me the WRONG car. My paperwork, my issuance, my tag was all the WRONG car... So we had to go back in and re-sign the papers, Which the sales rep did not understand WHAT I was suppose to sign and when I noticed the BUYER was wrong - he said he would fix it once he got back to office -- DID NOT HAPPEN . The temp tag they gave me (which was STILL FOR THE WRONG CAR) expired January 28,2017.... I paid them to transfer my tag and renew for the year.... I've called EVERY day since January 24 and get NO WHERE.... I've called 16 times this morning to get hung up on. When you ask for a manager you get a guy named Mike Shearer who says he's a manager and will take PERSONAL care of me. Promised to be my contact - texted me his information and HA! NEVER CALLED at 9 am yesterday like he promised . today I called him out on it and guess what?? Tells me to call upstairs to Tammy and deal with it myself.... Called Tammy and still no call back. So as of now, I have a expired temp tag and they took my money to transfer and renew my own tag which has NOT been done. Granny has not been able to drive her car in 5 days and does not look like it will be any time soon. UNHAPPY in Hollywood More

I went in not expecting to leave with a new vehicle, but they offered me everything I asked for. Sure, there was some back and forth negotiating, but in the end, I think we all came out satisfied. The experience with Earnest Biel was very comfortable and if I had to go through this again , I definitely would have no problem. The Finance department was also very smooth and seamless. I believe the person I dealt with was Phil, and I am extremely pleased with the whole experience. I would definitely recommend this dealership. Thank you all for a job well done. More
