Sales person Brian scammed my family by bringing the vehicle price offer to 31994 and not showing us that increase. Brought the work out sheet and just started to going over the down payment and monthly payment. Not paying attention and distracted with our two small one and three years old kids and to separate me and wife when she when to meet the finance manger by bringing me out to the New car to setup Uvo system so I wouldn't catch the increase while she when to sign. So Good we bought 3 cars This dealership has incredible service. The building was just rebuilt and really nice! They offer a 20 year 200,000 mile warranty..... My father in law reffered me to the salesmen ROCKY who got him a great deal on a 2017 Sportage (which he loves). Within 6 months my wife and I purchased a 2016 Soul, and a 2017 Sportage for ourselves. The salesmen ROCKY sold us all 3 cars. He was honest, patient, and fought to get us a good deal. Do not deal with anyone else go straight to ROCKY for a guaranteed stellar experience. Him and the managers stand together and don't play games like other dealship (sawgrass ford). We love our Kias and when you get them serviced they have free donuts, coffee, bottled water, TV, shuttle service, and car wash. I went to multiple Ford locations and had a horrible experience. Don't waiste your time just go to straight to Phil Smith Kia and test drive. More

In my opinion, the level of service extended to us was far beyond our expectations. As long time car buyers but first time KIA customers we were so impressed by the support and service provided by your people that we felt compelled to go on record with our praise. They truly deserve it. In an era where exceptional one-to-one customer service excellence is virtually in short supply, their professionalism should be held up as an example for others to try to emulate. We would particularly like to give a shout out to our sales consultant Rockie Dobson and finance manager George Mihelich for the patience and support that they provided throughout. It is fair to say that without their help, an event that many including ourselves would be considered stressful would not have been nearly as satisfying as it was. In closing, I believe that all the staff and your impressive new facility truly deserves high praise for providing a buying experience well beyond our expectations. More
Good Salesman; Sneaky Tactics The sales process was very good. The salesman, Jaime, was very courteous and went out of his way to help. However, when it came time to pay, it wasn't until all of the documents were signed when the finance person showed me the invoice. An additional equipment fee of $250 was mysteriously added to the invoice for Nitrogen for the tires of the car. It was removed after I questioned it, but that turned my opinion of this dealership. They tried to sneak in a line item at the 11th hour. The dealer fee of $899 was outrageous as well. It then took a very long to deliver the car. I am satisfied with the vehicle and the sales process - and everyone was courteous. It was ruined by a sneaky attempt at $250. More
