Complete waste of time making an appointment I seen a truck on the website and made an appointment for a test drive. Arrived on time but waited 20 minutes to find out the truck is in service for I seen a truck on the website and made an appointment for a test drive. Arrived on time but waited 20 minutes to find out the truck is in service for repairs. I was promised follow-ups that never came. I wrote and called Devin Liladrie, General Manager at Phil Smith Kia numerous times and he was unresponsive for days (even though staff said he was in the building).after 4 days I was told the truck was in too poor of condition for sale, they were going to wholesale it. Obviously this dealer put a truck up for sale that was NOT inspected. More
