They are dishonest Specially in the finance department watch I got a lease that was supposed to be for two years after I was there all day long working finance my sales man promised me it was supposed to be fo I got a lease that was supposed to be for two years after I was there all day long working finance my sales man promised me it was supposed to be for two years I signed papers because I was tired and it ended up being four years I even brought them four othrr people that bought cars ,didn’t mean a dam thing to them .I try to get out of my deal two years later and they wouldn’t let me out of it so dishonest .DO NOT trust them !!!!!!be very careful in the finance department because they do not care about you I even called them and talk to them they said come on in and will take care you I said listen I’ll buy two cars from you just let me out of these two year lease that you put on me without my permission ,they said come on and will take care of you I brought my husband and he bought a truck when I was ready to take my car they said no ! they are so dishonest please be aware then I find out they did the same to other people ....then I moved to Cape Coral Florida and I went into a dealership to find out if they could help me out of the four year lease that was supposed to be two years and you know what they said to me let me let me see this came from Kia because they get a lot of people that come to them with the same situation as me ,they are the worst be careful when it goes to the finance department because that’s where they screw you .you’re tired you’re worn out from test driving your car going through the financing trying to get a loan and they wear you out so by the time you get in there you’re so tired you just want to go and you sign not realizing it’s not what you agreed upon they are not honest stay away from them they have a very bad reputation for this More

No nonsense Negotiations with this dealer were upfront and honest.
