I requested a quote (just one last one to compare) but what I got was a fair, truthful and direct assessment of the other cars being considered. This evaluation convinced me to add them to my list. Upon my arrival, I was happy to see how clean, attentive and prepared the dealership was. The team was friendly and each key person saw me in order. Stephen talked to me about the car and test drive, James Ortega walked me through insurance and Jorge finalized the financing. They even stayed open late to ensure everything was clear before I purchased the car. It was well coordinated. Lastly, Stephen drove the KIA Soul down to me and still sporadically messages to see if I'm happy with my purchase. It has been a month now; car runs great and we are happy and I look forward to my next purchase with them this winter. More
