I highly recommend buying a Car at Phil Smith KIA!!!! All the employees are extremely nice, respectful and they really listen to your needs. They treat me like family! I just had my first oil change and car the employees are extremely nice, respectful and they really listen to your needs. They treat me like family! I just had my first oil change and car wash that was complementary! The waiting room is very clean and beautiful with coffee machine, water, snack, tv, comfortable seats, nice music... the manager Devin really took care of me when I need the most in my life after loosing my spouse. The next guy is the sales manager he will tell you he is from new hamphire give you a 603 area code number and be real nice and offer to take care of everything till your deal is final .l have text messages i sent him a list of issues he said in text that he would take care of everything. went there to meet with him and he told me no the only thing they will do is what they caused some scratches on the chrome and door pilar.
