Dealing with Neil Stokes was by far the most painful experience I've had in my life and I've shattered both my femurs before. I heard good things about Phil Smith Kia, but I haven't even stepped in the door and there were too many red flags. I wouldn't be shocked if I sat down and found multiple errors in pricing in an attempt to pull one over me. Seriously. Stay away, it's not worth it. If they lie about something that you can easily google and find out in 30 seconds imagine what else that would go over your head they lie about. More
