SALES VISIT - USED

I set up a 9am appointment after talking to Byron and making absolutely sure the 2011 Lexus GS350 had not been sold. I showed up the next morning only to find out the car was in fact sold. I drove 60 mil making absolutely sure the 2011 Lexus GS350 had not been sold. I showed up the next morning only to find out the car was in fact sold. I drove 60 miles to Phil Smith Kia for nothing and quite frankly this is very unprofessional and very disappointing. I should have been told when I called about the car that it was sold. I emailed the Kenny Kelly, the manager, and Lauren Prindle about my experience and obviously I have yet to hear back from either of them. Unprofessional, unreliable, disappointing. More
