I set up a 9am appointment after talking to Byron and making absolutely sure the 2011 Lexus GS350 had not been sold. I showed up the next morning only to find out the car was in fact sold. I should have been told when I called about the car that it was sold. I emailed the Kenny Kelly, the manager, and Lauren Prindle about my experience and obviously I have yet to hear back from either of them.
