I went into the dealership today and had a very good experience, everyone was falling all over themselves to help us and our salesman. Stephen Pastor was the best of the best. FORGED DOCUMENTS! We purchased a Telluride from Phil Smith Kia and our salesperson was KONSTANTINOS "GUS" VOUVOUDAKIS. Turns out we were sent a copy of documents via We purchased a Telluride from Phil Smith Kia and our salesperson was KONSTANTINOS "GUS" VOUVOUDAKIS. Turns out we were sent a copy of documents via email and it showed my husband's signature and a date of 12/26/22 which were never signed by either of us. The signature was not even close. I confronted Gus and he walked away and went outside. I spoke with a Joe Collins and we really thought at the very least, someone would have contacted us from Kia other than at this dealership. We have no idea if anything else was forged. Gus, also forced me to leave a wonderful google review for him before he would even take our papers to finance. He said he can't until I do the google review. I even made the remark do you want to write it for me too? Obviously I took the google review down as soon as I figured out what went on. He is a very underhanded sales person and please, please beware. If anyone can help with contacting the higher ups at Kia Headquarters, please pass along the information. We really thought we would have at the very least received a phone call from a higher up so we knew they were aware of the situation but that never happened. Gus actually had the audacity to email the other day asking how we are liking the vehicle and if he could help with the features. We are more than appalled because we had an appointment at noon on Monday 12/26/22 which he scheduled (and before we knew of the forgery) and Gus said he was too busy to keep the appointment because he was with other customers and wanted me to reschedule. This after I took time off work and drove 45 mins each way. I am a very easy going person and very accommodating and of course I said "ok, I'll come back at a later time". It was that evening we received the email with the forgery. I guess Gus didn't know the customers get a copy. PLEASE BEWARE of this "GUS" KONSTANTINOS VOUVOUDAKIS PS, We wouldn't have even given this 1 star if the google reviews didn't make you give at least 1 star to post. More
