This is my SECOND review, still giving them 1 star. Phil Smith Kia employees didn’t do their job properly and accepted my car as a trade in and then sold it to an auction without looking at all names Phil Smith Kia employees didn’t do their job properly and accepted my car as a trade in and then sold it to an auction without looking at all names on the title. AND once they found out the problem they tried to defraud me by asking for my license instead of my signature to convey title to the auction. I asked three weeks ago the location of my car and when it will be returned to me. The sales manager Jason Harris told me on Wednesday, the 13. Today is the 14th and I don’t have my car back, he can’t tell me where my car is, or when I can pick it up and is frustrated that I ask the same questions daily. And I don’t blame him. I’ve requested the General Manager, Devin Liladrie to help solve the situation and he hasn’t returned my call since I emailed him October 31. I understand mistakes were done (to say the least) CAN ANYONE from Phil Smith Kia correct their employees mistake? I need to know where is my car and when can I pick it up? Thank you More

I made two trips 18 hour round trip each to see and negotiate. Signed everything to return this week to pick car up. Check from bank to be overnighted tomorrow for a Wednesday pick up. They never contacted me to tell me it was sold out from under me. I confirmed my pick up date this morning and they told me someone bought it this morning. Sleazy sales managers. Sleazy dealership. They had been working with my bank for days and we had everything ready - sold this car that was to be a gift to my granddaughter. My granddaughter is totally freaked out. I have driven all over Southeast until I found this car - perfect for my granddaughter. Just at the worst dealership. They only have one interest and it’s not you. Stay away. There are many more reputable, ethical dealers. KIA’s reputation is being damaged by these hucksters. I know this is their behavior because if they were honorable and ethical, they would get you right to their management and ownership. To resolve issues. They don’t because they are doing things like this. BEWARE!! More

Sales rep was very helpful and accommodating. Jon helped to follow up, and close the deal.
