Put a cash down on a vehicle I was trying to purchase. They sold the vehicle to another buyer and notified me three days later. Dealership Policy isn't ethical and their main focus is on maximizing profit above conducting fair business. Another flag I noticed while trying to purchase this vehicle was on price. We agreed on a -$300 from the vehicle price, but they tried to give me the -$300 on the licensing and title fee; it's a totally different result in terms of financing. Be careful and stay aware of their hidden fees, and always ask in depth questions about the vehicle before purchase! More

I was treated like family!!! Have been with Audi for 10 years and I have to say that this was a FANTASTIC experience! The whole process took under 1 hour (I knew the color I wanted). Five Stars! I walked into the dealership to see Joe Castellano to discuss a new lease. Joe was with a client and Assistant Manager Phil had Vladimir help me wi I walked into the dealership to see Joe Castellano to discuss a new lease. Joe was with a client and Assistant Manager Phil had Vladimir help me with picking out a vehicle and test driving it until Joe was free. During the test drive Vladimir showed and explained the new features in the new 2019 Acura RDX. When I returned Joe was available. We discussed different options and selected a vehicle. Phil was willing to work with me and my budget. Joe made the whole process quick and easy as well as Sam in Financing. When it was time to leave Joe took the extra time to explain the features in detail that he spoke about in the office. He helped me program the radio stations and iPhone. He also sent me emails and attached videos. He contacted me the next day to see if I had any questions. This is the second vehicle I leased from Phil Smith Acura and both experiences have been great. Screw up after screw up trying to buy from out of state I purchased a car via mail and phone calls in December. They shipped me the car as arranged however they forget one of the keys. They also forgot to send or even start of the title and registration paperwork until the care arrived. It has been 8 days and I have been lied to by the sales manager about when the paperwork will be sent or be done. I will update this post if they correct the paperwork issue. I have a car I payed for that I cannot use! Update: After >1 week they finally sent the paperwork which was not what I asked for or needed costing me >$600 to fix due to a registration screw up on the dealer's end according to my local DMV. They also took over 2 weeks to send me the second key which did to include to remote or fob making this key essentially useless. The sales staff either deliberately lied about this issue or lied by omission. Either way I now need to spend another $200 to get a replacement key fob. I suspect I would have a better experience buying the car locally but I would NOT recommend buying from this dealer out of state. More
