I have made several attempts to rectify the situation. Your managers do not take any action. I will be down there Saturday to warn potential customers to shop elsewhere. Your used car manager has ignored the many suggestions I have made to make it right. He insulted me by offering me the trade in value of half what I paid for the car a couple months prior. That's the best he could do he said. I promised him that it would cost him a lot more in sales then it would to satisfy me as a customer.
