I have been a loyal Acura customer for over a decade now. The brand continues to grow and I am loving my new car. The only thing better than the car itself is how Phil Smith Acura and the GM Philip Franchina have treated me over the years. Simply put they have treated me like family. They have always been willing to discuss any and all options available to me in order to get me into the cars I've wanted. I have never left without accomplishing exactly what I intended to. I have shown up at 5pm on a Wednesday, 11am on a Saturday, you name the time it doesn't matter they have always been there with a smile and a deal. This has been my 4th transaction with Phil Smith and Philip and each and every time they seamlessly walked me through the process and got me into a perfect vehicle that very day. Just yesterday Philip along with Sam Power (Finance Manager) and Domenick Santamaria (Sales) put me into a beautiful 2022 TX A-Spec. I could not be any happier with how everything played out. If you are a first time buyer/leaser they will walk you through everything. If you own or even currently lease a car, chances are there is equity! If so, run to Phil Smith tell them Michael Pawell sent you and they will do great by you and your family. More

I leased a brand new Acura and it was given to me with an issue on the sunroof. They now want me to go through insurance. The worst service ever! First Acura I drive and service is trash. ust leased 2 cars from Phil Smith Acura- my 3rd and 4th ones from there- and I cannot say enough about how amazing this dealership is!! The GM, Phil Franchina, rolled out the red carpet and made me a prior ones from there- and I cannot say enough about how amazing this dealership is!! The salesman, Chris K., was incredibly informative and not annoying like most car salesmen. Finally, Sam in finance couldn't have made the the process any smoother. TRUST THE REVIEWS. THIS DEALER IS PETTY, VINDICTIVE, AND DOES NOT FOLLOW FLORIDA LAW DESIGNED TO PROTECT CONSUMERS FROM DECEPTIVE PRACTICES. I placed a deposit for a vehicle on their manifest that would arr DOES NOT FOLLOW FLORIDA LAW DESIGNED TO PROTECT CONSUMERS FROM DECEPTIVE PRACTICES. I placed a deposit for a vehicle on their manifest that would arrive 6 weeks later. I would later find out that they did not provide all the information required under Florida law to legally collect any deposit the car (purchase order, or written receipt detailing if the deposit is refundable, how long car would be held, etc.) A month later, I attempted to notify the salesperson, Nick Watson, through three different channels (the number he texts through their dealer CRM, his personal cell phone, and finally his work email) that I needed a car sooner, and could not complete the purchase of that vehicle and requested my deposit back. I received no response from him. After 5 days of no returned emails, texts, or calls, I show up to the dealer, finally get my deposit back, only to find out days later that they went ahead and ran my credit after they refunded me, a full 5 days after I first notified them that we wouldn’t be completing the purchase. Lesson learned. Trust the reviews. This dealership’s practices embody every negative stereotype car dealerships are known for. Find another Acura dealer with better prices and honest practices. More
