The so called warranty they charge for only was good for one week.this company is a rip off to its patrons.meadors only want your money then so called service is over. More

Every time the transactions are smooth, fluid, exiting and an overall pleasant experience. From the time you walk in the door, to the time you drive off of the lot in your new vehicle, you are taken step by step until the keys are in hand and you're on your way! Brakes I live in Laramie, Wy. Eight months ago I had taken my car in for brakes at a dealership here. Had problems with the brakes ever since then. The deal I live in Laramie, Wy. Had planned on a trip to Pocatello to visit my daughter. Pick up my car got on highway realized my brakes were worse off then before. Called my daughter to get me in with you guys,( this was on a friday). You guys not only got me in but found the problem as well as informed me of my 60,000 mile check up. Driving in bad weather, with bad brakes was less then fun!! Driving home was safe and easy thanks to you guys!!! Your people were AWESOME!!! Thank you. I bought a 2012 Camry, and with their VIP Program, take it in every 5,000 miles. They are quick and professional. The online appointment option is awesome and so convenient. I also purchased tires from them a few months back. I am the guy who goes to every tire shop in town and gets a quote, and Phil Meador was right there price-wise with everyone else in town. More
In the last 3 years I have sold over 10 cars for your store but this last time I got a bad taste in my mouth when I was in your shop. The reason being is that your salesmen talked my 60 year old mother i store but this last time I got a bad taste in my mouth when I was in your shop. The reason being is that your salesmen talked my 60 year old mother into a "Bumper to Bumper" warranty that is not covering her. This is because your service worker told the warranty company that it was her fault for not doing maintenance even though she has all her records of maintenance since she bought her vehicle from Toyota. I feel that Toyota was just trying to make easy money off of an old woman. Now the warranty company will not fix her vehicle. I will not recommend Toyota to anyone else in the future. I want my voice to be heard about my disappointment with your company and I will let anyone know how unfair my mother was treated when they ask about your services. I work for the state and have recommended your company to many people in the past but I will not continue to do so any longer. I hope an $1100 job was worth losing a very loyal customer and I will make sure to let everyone know how disappointed I am with how my mother was treated at Toyota. Good luck to you and your company and I hope you can find another loyal customer like me but from now on, I will be sending all other business elsewhere. I'm not sure if it was the service manager or another employee in the service department that I spoke with, but I called in a panic before service closed on Tuesday, told the service rep on the phone tha employee in the service department that I spoke with, but I called in a panic before service closed on Tuesday, told the service rep on the phone that I hit a semi truck tire on the hwy near their dealership, and that I was worried I was leaking fluid. I told him that I was on my way to Utah and asked if I could just drive through to have them look at my car (fluid) just to make sure it was safe to drive until I get to Utah. The rep on the phone was not interested in helping at all, and simply said "no, we're closing up." I have worked for Toyota for the past 7 years in both the service and sales departments; this would never happen in my dealership. If someone called, we helped, or at least tried to help. I am very disappointed in this dealership, and the lack of customer service. More
