A pleasant buying experience I saw a pre-owned Tundra on Phil Meador Toyota website so I went to look at it. As soon as I parked I was greated by Ed Samora in sales. He showed me I saw a pre-owned Tundra on Phil Meador Toyota website so I went to look at it. As soon as I parked I was greated by Ed Samora in sales. He showed me the truck and we took it for a test drive. This truck was not quite what I expected. Ed mentioned that he had a new Tundra that may be what I was looking for. The new Tundra was exactly what wanted! After a little negotiation I was able to trade in my car and drive away very happy in my new Tundra! If you are thinking about buying a Toyota then you should check out Phil Meador Toyota. The entire staff was great to work with. Ask for Ed Samora in sales. More

Best experience, Awesome car I was in the market for a new car but wasn't really sure what I could afford... I had a trade in and I was not sure how much it was worth... I worked I was in the market for a new car but wasn't really sure what I could afford... I had a trade in and I was not sure how much it was worth... I worked with salesman Ed Samora and the financing department - Chris... both of these guys made this happen for me... I was able to leave that night with a beautiful Camry... we test drove the Rav4 which is also a great car but staying within a budget was really important to me and they were able to get me the car I really wanted and kept me in my budget. There was no pressure to buy the car just wonderful service and patience with all of my questions... I would highly recommend that if you are in need of a new car and not sure where to start - stop by and look for Ed Samora! Thanks Phil Meader! More

They were both professional to me as a customer but were also able to have fun joking around and learning about each other throughout the day as well. I must add, that they were not overbearing at any time throughout the transaction which was KEY for me. All the staff seemed to work together as a team and were able to provide a comfortable environment. They even addressed the small things that make customers seem valuable by serving bottles of water and providing key chains and other gifts with my vehicle purchase. While these are expected, it just shows attention to detail by the dealership. Yes, I would go back to them for another purchase, but I'm hoping my new purchase will keep me satisfied on the road for many years to come! More

I believe I was in and out of the dealership in 1.5 hours flat! I would not only recommend the dealership, I would tell you to RUN to William Roth if you are in the area and need of a car. And after you get the sale deal with the Lalo Garcia, the finance guy he to was knowledgeable, but with a good sense of humor... I KNOW A FINANCE GUY! So if you need a new or used car go see these two they are top notch! More

We recently purchased a 2014 Tundra from Phil Meador Toyota. This makes the 7th vehicle I have bought from this dealership in about 15 years. We worked with William Roth a few months ago on the purchase of Camry. William did an amazing job at showing us different cars and options. He doesn't make it seem like dealing with a car salesman. On this most recent purchase, I made the mistake of thinking I could find a better deal on my own somewhere else. After some not-so-pleasant encounters with other dealers, I called Will (after my wife told me to in the beginning.) I told him what I was looking at, what other prices I was getting, and that I needed to know as soon as possible what the could do. By the time I got to the dealership (about 30 minutes), he had found the truck I wanted. When it was all said and done, they not only matched the other offers, but beat them. If I had questions or concerns, Will took care of them. He will go to bat for a buyer to get the best deal he can. I even got to meet the mysterious man in the closet that they take the figures to. He took the time to come down and explain a question I had, Thanks Joe. We also have had the pleasure of working with Chris Whitney, the Finance Guy, on the past two deals. He is super friendly and gets you in and out quick. He got us financing deals that beat what we could get from our bank or credit union. I've bought a lot of cars in the past, and the final signing is the part I dread the most because of the seemingly endless list of things that dealers try to add-on. Chris offers them, but doesn't push anything on you. Let's just say I learned my lesson on this, and my first call next time will be to Will and the gang at Phil Meador. More

There had been quite a few changes from our 2008 Prius and it is good to know that if we do have a question he will be there to help in the future. Ed's interactions with us were professional and he was aware of our limitations and was willing to work in order to achieve a price that we felt was fair. If anyone says that the price that they pay for a car is outstanding they had to have received it for free....Good is a price in which both the buyer and dealership should try to achieve. No one wants to pay too much, but they sure don't want to feel taken advantage of nor does the dealership want to just break even. Ed has the right to earn a living as well as the dealership being able to do so as well. We still hate the 4 square boxes that every car dealer uses and feel that is the worst part of buying a car. It should be much simpler...this is what I can and am willing to pay (in an out right sale or payments) with add ons etc, can you as the dealership do this? Yes or No? simple...Not, the constant running back and forth for approval and counter offers. Overall Ed was great to work with and we will use him if need arises in the future. More

Let me clarify--it was as pleasant as buying a car can be, like going to the dentist and not having any cavities pleasant. Our salesperson, William Roth, is a knowledgable, personable, and patient man. My husband, Gary, stopped at the dealership earlier in the week, met William, and told him what we might like in a new car. Will went to work and found a match for our needs at a dealership in Twin Falls. When Gary took me into the dealership on Thursday, Will met us in the parking lot, greeted Gary by name, and shook our hands. He had a copy of the details of the car in Twin and lead us to a 2014 Prius on the lot that he said would be comparable to the one we were interested in buying. We have been happily driving our 2007 Prius for the past five years, so Will just had to fill us in on the changes Toyota has made in the last few years. Though both Gary and I have been very happy with our Prius, Gary has constantly teased me that the smooth-talking salesperson who sold me the 2007 Prius took advantage of me and charged me an extra $5,000.00 because I was a naive woman who didn’t know any better. Translation: I didn’t bring him along and bought the car on my own! I assured Gary, that Joe Leedgaard was an honest man, and went on the explain that I got my extra 5,000. out of Joe because I had his cell number on speed dial and in the first six months after buying the car, Joe changed my flat tire, jump started my Prius three times, and took me to work so I wouldn’t be late! But I digress... William started his tutorial with the 2014 Navigation System, and his patience must have been sorely tested. Will: “Push the talking head on the steering wheel and after the beep, choose the destination line and wait for instructions.” Me immediately after pushing the talking head: “3312 Golden Avenue, Pocatello, Idaho.” Will: “Good. Next time wait for the beep.” Me after the beep, slowly saying address while yelling at the sun visor, “3312 Golden Avenue, Pocatello, Idaho.” Voice on the wheel: “Florida.” Me: “No, you idiot machine, Idaho.” Voice on the wheel: “Florida.” Will: “Okay, just hit the hang up button on the wheel. You did great. This time try talking just like you would to me with no pauses. Also, did you notice the microphone up by the dome lights? Just face straight ahead and speak naturally.” Me, calmly with no pauses: “3312 Golden Ave. Pocatello, Idaho.” Will: Excellent! Now let’s try that after you push the talking head on the wheel and hear the beep.” William patiently answered all of our questions about the 2014 Prius, took us for a test drive, and worked with the finance folks to present an offer that even Gary felt was fair, and we left the dealership having purchased a new car. When our new car was delivered, William, after what must have seemed like hours in the dentist’s chair for him, successfully helped us enter fourteen addresses in the navigation system, synced both our phones to bluetooth (with barely a chuckle at our non-smart, flip phones), transferred all our phone contacts to the system, and set up our audio system with our selected radio stations, including satellite radio. In conclusion, we were extremely pleased to be treated so kindly by William Roth and all those we worked with at Phil Meador. Smooth-talking Joe even took time out of his busy schedule to talk with us, give us dinner at the Sandpiper, and make sure Will’s cell number was in my speed dial! :) Thank you for all of your help in finding us our new car!
