rate this dealership so far, the only planned maintenance has been the 5000 mile check. That maintenance didn't cost me anything, so, I can't rate the price of maintenance. However, shortly after we bought the Four Runner, there was a problem with the air conditioning. Bought a Tundra I hate buying cars and mattresses. I would say this experience was above average for what is usually something that is not fun for me. We had the norm I hate buying cars and mattresses. I would say this experience was above average for what is usually something that is not fun for me. We had the normal heated moments when it came to the point of negotiating-however-the attention to detail was near perfect. Troy Beck, the sales associate I worked with was very attentive and worked very hard to make the day as pleasant as buying a vehicle can be. I got a better deal than I expected on a new Tundra. I would recommend the dealership and highly recommend using Troy as your salesman. Great guy. More

Great Car Buying Experience I have bought a few cars in my time and one previously through Meador. After dwindling down our list to 2 possible vehicles (Highlander and Chevy Trav I have bought a few cars in my time and one previously through Meador. After dwindling down our list to 2 possible vehicles (Highlander and Chevy Traverse), we set out to talk to the salespeople of both dealers and do a test drive. Each vehicle had it's own positives. Since I had bought from Meador before, I thought I would give them the first shot. We had talked with Troy, Will and Brandon. All were exceptional! We had the deal struck in less than 15 minutes. It was a win-win for us and Meador. Another great buying experience at Meador! Now if Toyota would come out with a 3/4 ton, long bed truck, I would trade my '07 Tundra in and buy that in a heartbeat. More

Many other My experience with William and all at Phil Meador Toyota was great. I was branching out into a 300mile radius looking for a specific truck. Many other car dealers were trying to sell me a car that didn't suit my needs and was not what I was looking for. William was straight up honest, pointed out all the features (not just fancy, but engine quality). He made me feel excited and happy about my purchase. I had to rush out to drive 3 hours back to work, and the whole team worked together to get me out of there on time. One guy even shouted me a snickers bar so I didn't have to stop for a snack. All in all I am very happy with my purchase and the service I received from William and his team. The truck was priced well and they handed it over clean, full of gas, and with me knowing all the little buttons and features. They restored my faith in a dealership...although I'll probably never go to another one again. Thanks for the great truck and smooth transaction!!! More

How can a disaster turn into a great day? Driving my grandson to college from Seattle to Phoenix, we blew the head gasket just south of Pocatello. Kyle met us at the door with a kind smile and bottles of cold water when we were dropped off by the tow truck. In spite of it being a Saturday afternoon, everyone at the service department stayed late to assess our damages (the car was totaled) and inspect the "new to us" replacement car that Kyle had for us. It must have been some kind of a record to be back on the road within 6 hours of a total breakdown, with a car in our budget that we had confidence was safe and had decent gas mileage for our grandson to keep at school. The whole experience was amazing! Kyle and his team worked hard to be sure everything went smoothly (even loaning us a car so we could get lunch) and rather than the day being a disaster, we made new friends and have great memories. We were lucky to find the dealership. The dealership is lucky to have Kyle as an employee. Thanks! More
